Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in retail, grocery, restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible ambassador of hospitality and assist guests with products and services.
• Direct frontend guest flow and support cashiers to ensure smooth checkout.
• Uphold cash office procedures, including handling cash, keys, and safe.
• Direct the guest service team to maintain front-end sanitation and cleanliness.
• Assist in fulfilling digital orders with speed and accuracy.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach throughout the store.
• Help manage department inventories and reduce product loss.
