Navy Gateway Inn & Suites China Lake in California is seeking a part-time Guest Service Representative II to serve as the first point of contact for guests, manage front desk operations, reservations, and guest requests, and ensure safety, privacy, and a welcoming environment.

The role includes overnight shifts, coordinating with lodging staff, and providing information about local attractions and services within the Navy Gateway Inn and Suites network.

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• Substitution of education for experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle front desk operations, including check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, payments, and room assignments.
• Answer guest questions about lodging facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain lobby appearance and ensure guest safety and privacy.
• Operate the PMS and multi-line phone system; log issues and communicate with operations.
