Turkey Hill Minit Markets in Ottsville, PA is seeking a Guest Service Leader to help manage daily store operations, greet guests, coach team members, and maintain a fast, friendly shopping experience. The role blends supervisory responsibilities with hands-on guest service in a dynamic convenience-store environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred education: High School or GED
• Minimum 6 months as a Guest Service Associate
• Preferred 6–12 months in retail, guest service or restaurant
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner to welcome and invite return.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait time.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness inside/outside the store, keep coffee and food areas spotless and bathrooms clean.
• Monitor and replenish product on the sales floor to ensure in-stock levels.
• In Store Manager's absence, complete reports, product ordering and banking as needed.
• Lead by example in execution of company values and policies.
• Provide training, feedback, coaching to team members.
• Assist with food preparation and food safety in food service stores.
• Make safety a priority for guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
