Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a high-energy team leader for food service operations. You will greet guests, follow recipes, and prepare high-quality items quickly while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

The role supports the store team and requires flexible shifts, including weekends. Prior retail or food service experience and ServSafe certification a plus, with ability to stand long hours and lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

Experience in fast-paced food service or retail is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming store environment.
Follow recipes and food prep procedures; wrap and label items correctly.
Keep the food service area clean and stocked; follow safety and sanitation standards.
Operate the register efficiently to minimize guest wait time.
Maintain overall appearance of the food service area.
Monitor product levels and rotate stock to ensure in-stock availability.
Lead by example in representing company values.
Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
Perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
