You’ll coach staff, resolve issues, and uphold hospitality with a positive, energetic approach.

The role emphasizes supervising labor, coaching on service excellence, and assisting in merchandising and financial metrics to drive store success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets, retail, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver guest experiences while meeting goals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
