Holiday Inn Express Flagstaff is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent - Front Desk Associate in Flagstaff, AZ. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and payments while promoting hotel services and local attractions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in guest services is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs may be needed.
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, complete check-ins/outs, answer calls and process reservations.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions with care.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are guest-ready and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety and security procedures.
