Job summary

The Tru/ Home2 Suites by Hilton Flagstaff is operated by North Central Group and seeks a Guest Service Representative for full- and part-time roles. You will handle phones, reservations, and guest check-in/out while delivering a personalized guest experience.

Weekend and holiday availability is required. Starting at $20.00/hour with potential for higher wages for experienced candidates; shifts include 7a-3p, 2p-10p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Accurate cash handling experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities.
• Positive, outgoing attitude and teamwork spirit.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, take reservations, and assist guests at check-in and check-out.

• Use the property management system to process payments and manage guest needs.
