Holiday Inn Express Flagstaff is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent - Front Desk Associate in Flagstaff, AZ. You will warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer calls, process reservations, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins/check-outs accurately.
• Answer calls, process reservations and payments, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are guest-ready and issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold safety procedures while delivering memorable guest experiences.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR GUEST SERVICE AGENT - FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE

This is a full-time position requiring schedule flexibility, reliability, and consistent adherence to assigned shifts and start times.

As our Guest Service Agent - Front Desk Associate, you'll warmly welcome guests, complete check-ins and check-outs, answer calls, process reservations and payments, share information about hotel services and local attractions, and respond to guest requests with professionalism and care. You'll coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are guest-ready, address concerns quickly and effectively, maintain accurate records, uphold safety and security procedures, and use your hospitality expertise to create seamless, memorable experiences that keep guests returning time and time again.

HERE'S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in guest services
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to push and pull up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, pivot, and perform front desk duties
• Ability to operate office equipment
• Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple assignments
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Solid computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and use of the internet
