Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition and warmth.
• Reviews arrival lists and assists with welcome amenities.
• Escorts VIPs to rooms and assists at check-in.
• Answers the phone within three rings and directs as needed.
• Handles cash; counts bank at shift start/end and reports variances.
• Keeps front desk area clean and organized.
• Assists with lobby activation as needed.
• Protects guest PII data and adheres to privacy procedures.
• Follows check-in/out procedures and collects necessary IDs and payment.
• Attends to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
