Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative to join our team in Chapel Hill, NC. You will greet guests, review arrival lists, escort VIPs to rooms, and handle front desk inquiries with a smile.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Minimum of High School education

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in
• Answer the phone promptly and assist or transfer as needed
• Count and manage the cash bank and report shortages
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Follow procedures for handling guest data and payment documents
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives
