Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and provide personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phones promptly with a smile and assist or transfer as needed.
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report discrepancies.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow privacy procedures.
• Follow check-in/out procedures and obtain IDs and payment forms.
