Qualifications

• At least 1 year in front desk operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel front desk processes.
• High school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition upon arrival.
• Review arrival lists and assemble welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in ahead of arrival.
• Answer calls within three rings with a smile and transfer as needed.
• Handle issued bank with proper cash handling procedures and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Follow procedures to protect guest PII data.
• Obtain identification documents and payment method during check-in.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
