Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and provides personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and helps prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs and check them in before arrival.
• Answer phone within three rings with a smile and assist or transfer.
• Handle cash; count bank at start/end; report over/shorts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data according to procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklists and collect IDs and payment.
• Attend to guest needs promptly and with inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
