Job summary

European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role supports front desk operations, greets guests, promotes services, and educates guests on products.

Flexible both full-time and part-time positions available. Training in waxing techniques and sales strategies is provided, with opportunities for career advancement in a fast-growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
