European Wax Center in Illinois is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. The role involves greeting guests, promoting services and products, and managing front desk operations in a fast-paced, in-person setting.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales and guest service skills, excellent communication, and a results-driven mindset. Evening and weekend availability is required to support peak hours and promotions.

• Manage front desk operations, including check ins/outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance
