European Wax Center in Temecula, CA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, promote services, and drive center revenue in a welcoming, sales-driven environment.

This in-person role requires strong sales and communication, a goal-oriented mindset, and availability evenings/weekends; prior beauty or retail experience is a plus, with opportunity to learn waxing techniques and sales strategies.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.

• Manage front desk operations, including check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
