Job summary

European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding guest service while driving center revenue in person at our California location. The role requires strong sales ability, excellent communication, and an energetic, target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting services and products, educating guests on our exclusive lines, and managing front desk tasks with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction. Evening/weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, beauty or sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
