Job summary

European Wax Center in Pleasant Hill, CA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver outstanding guest service at the front desk while driving center revenue.

You will greet guests, promote services and products, manage reservations, cash handling, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
