European Wax Center in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk and support center revenue in a fast-paced, in-person environment. Greet guests, promote services and products, manage reservations, process payments, and maintain a clean, welcoming center.

We value strong sales, excellent communication, and a team mindset; evenings/weekends availability is a plus.

European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
