Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group in Illinois is seeking an in-person front desk associate. You will greet guests, promote services, educate on our exclusive product line, and work to exceed sales targets while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

You will manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and cash handling, keeping the center organized and professional. This role offers growth in a fast-growing brand with defined training and excellent benefits.

Hourly + Sales Bonuses Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals
• Educate guests on the exclusive product line
• Manage front desk operations including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance
