• Job Location: 1537 Deerfield Parkway - Buffalo Grove, IL 60089
• Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.50 hourly, including hourly + sales bonuses
• Full‑Time & Part‑Time
• Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products and promotions; sell wax passes and re‑book guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
