Job summary

The Warbler Hotel in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Maintenance Tech to help keep the property running ahead of its September 2026 opening, reporting to the Chief Engineer.

You will perform repairs, routine equipment checks, respond to guest maintenance requests, care for grounds and pool, and coordinate with Guest Services and Housekeeping to ensure room readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of general building maintenance experience or equivalent trade profession experience.
• Vocational school certification preferred.
• Hotel or boutique/lifestyle property experience is a plus.
• Comfort with physical work: walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
