Shamin Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Glen Allen, VA to warmly welcome guests, check them in/out, and manage reservations with accuracy. You will assist guests in person and online, answer questions, and provide recommendations for local activities.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and responding promptly to guest needs. The position is full-time, on-site, with an afternoon shift, and pays $16.50–$17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Proven front desk experience preferred.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing guest charges.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Answer guest questions and provide local recommendations.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Manage reservations and update room availability in the system.
• Coordinate with bell staff and other departments as needed.
