Job summary

HHM Hotels in Sacramento is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to greet guests, register them, handle reservations and payments, and provide attentive service in line with brand standards.

You will respond to requests promptly, assist with luggage during peak times, balance accounts and audits, and help maintain safety as you support breakfast service and daily operations. The role includes varied shifts and opportunities for growth within the front desk team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them promptly and courteously.
• Handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and payments.
• Assist guests with luggage during peak times and breakfast periods.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve complaints with supervision when needed.
• Balance accounts and conduct basic audits as part of front desk duties.
• Maintain safety and security procedures and use the PMS system for daily operations.
