Guest Service Agent - Embassy Suites Austin Downtown South Congress (Finance)

Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown South Congress, located next to the Congress Avenue Bridge and Lady Bird Lake, is seeking a Full-Time Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team.

Ideal candidates will have previous hotel front desk experience, preferably at a property of similar size and Hilton brand. All candidates should have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and excellent computer/phone skills.

What will I be doing?

As a Guest Services Agent, you will greet and register guests, assist with check-out, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by performing tasks such as:

• Greeting guests, completing registration, and providing room information
• Handling check-out processes, payments, and currency exchange
• Knowing hotel information, including room types, rates, and local area details
• Upselling hotel services and facilities
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Managing guest complaints and feedback
• Relaying messages to guests
