As a Houseperson, your role is to clean and maintain designated hotel areas and respond to guest requests, ensuring outstanding service and profitability. Your duties include:

• Cleaning restrooms, public areas, offices, and meeting spaces
• Dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and floor waxing
• Greeting guests warmly
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Stocking supplies
• Performing deep cleaning and special projects as needed
