Job summary

You will also handle payments, process charges, upsell hotel amenities, resolve guest requests with care, and contribute to a memorable experience for every guest. Previous hospitality experience is helpful; training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service in hospitality or travel settings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to upsell services and operate a POS.

Responsibilities
