Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out using the PMS.
• Register guests and assign rooms, handling payments and deposits.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve complaints as needed.
• Use the PMS to transmit messages and manage reservations.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak periods while on duty.
• Maintain guest safety and supervise valuables handling when required.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and balance accounts as part of close-out.
