Qualifications

• Has at least 12 months of hotel front desk experience.
• Demonstrates strong guest service orientation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct check-in/check-out with accuracy.
• Process payments and issue receipts using POS system.
• Provide hotel information and local area knowledge to guests.
• Upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve concerns with care.
