Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet, register and service guests in a courteous manner according to hotel standards. You will handle registrations, payments, reservations and guest communications, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth front desk operations.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, customer service experience and familiarity with PMS systems. This on-site role offers full-time opportunities and a range of hotel benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and offer assistance.
• Register and assign guests to rooms.
• Establish methods of payment and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Compute bills and process payments.
• Transmit and receive messages via telephone or PMS.
• Respond to guest requests quickly and professionally.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, escalating when needed.
• Secure valuables in the hotel safe if applicable.
• Perform basic bookkeeping and balance accounts.
• Strive to improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Participate in safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Assist in breakfast area or with luggage during peak times.
• Support management with miscellaneous duties as requested.
