Qualifications

• One year of Front Desk experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel front desk operations.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in.
• Answer calls promptly and assist or transfer as needed.
• Handle cash and banking procedures accurately.
• Keep front desk area neat and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Ensure proper handling of guest PII data.
• Collect identification and payment at check-in/check-out.
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries promptly.
