Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
  2. Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
  3. Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  4. Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
  5. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  6. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  7. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
