Job Overview

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for checking in/out hotel guests efficiently, processing payments, providing information, and working as part of the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and policies.
  2. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs according to hotel procedures.
  3. Assist with guest requests, complaints, and special needs promptly.
  4. Process payments, settle accounts, and handle cashiering duties.
  5. Support other front desk duties such as reservations, guest inquiries, and concierge services.
  6. Follow all safety, security, and hotel policies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years experience in hospitality or high-end retail environment.
  • Ability to interpret instructions and communicate effectively with guests and staff.
  • Must comply with state gaming regulations, possibly requiring a license.
