Full-Time Guest Service Agent - DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Center City

A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel, ensuring outstanding guest service and contributing to the hotel's profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Guest Services Agent, your responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests, completing the registration process, inputting and retrieving information, confirming details, selecting rooms, coding electronic keys, promoting marketing programs, providing welcome packets, and guiding guests to their rooms.
• Assisting guests with check-out, managing billing, processing payments, handling foreign currency, and recording transactions.
• Having thorough knowledge of hotel offerings, including room types, rates, packages, promotions, and local area information to answer guest inquiries.
• Using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues, and handling complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Receiving, relaying, and managing guest messages efficiently.
