Fairfield Inn and Suites Milwaukee Downtown is seeking a Guest Service Agent to handle check-ins and check-outs, secure payments, verify billing, and assist guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional manner.

You will strive to anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and contribute to a positive guest experience while upholding brand standards and hotel policies. This role also supports a welcoming lobby environment and teamwork with other hotel staff.

• Secure payment and verify/adjust billing as needed.
• Assist guests with reservations and special requests in a friendly, professional manner.

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for processing check-ins/outs, securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner, while following high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. This position will anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and implement creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.
