Paycom - ATS is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the face of the hotel, delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You will register guests, assign rooms, and handle payments with accuracy and courtesy.

You will manage reservations, calls, and inquiries while providing local area information and assisting with dining, transportation, and tours. Maintain guest records, support PBX tasks, and promote hotel services to maximize revenue.

Summary: Guest Service Agents are the face of the hotel, responsible for providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
