The Guest Service Agent is a dynamic role within the hotel, often the first and last point of contact for guests. They significantly impact the guest experience by handling questions and concerns during their stay. The role requires quick thinking, multitasking, and a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction.
Health insurance is available starting the first of the month after hire. Full-time employees can enroll in medical, dental, and vision coverage.
