Part time position scheduled from 8:00am-12:30pm Monday through Friday for a total of 22.5 hours/week. Located at the Sanford 25th street clinic Position comes with PTO/matching 401K/health dental benefits. Job Duties include welcoming patients into our building. Assisting at the door and with wheelchairs.Summary
Greets and assists patients, families and visitors in a courteous manner. Possesses outstanding front line customer service and creates a positive first and last impression to patients, families and visitors. Displays extraordinary professionalism and tact during stressful and busy times.Job Description
Responds to patients with empathy using positive interpersonal skills. Directs patients, family members, visitors and guests to patient hospital departments, clinics and other Sanford locations. Monitors traffic in patient drop off areas. Provides city information to patients and visitors about available lodging and area business.
Possesses ability to push a wheelchair and understand the proper use of body mechanics as necessary. Occasionally assists with pushing a patient, family member or visitor in wheelchair to desired areas. Assists healthcare staff in discharging patients. Keeps lobby in reasonable order. Possesses ability to work outside in all kinds of environmental elements. Demonstrates ability to problem solve.
Displays ability to use good judgement during unusual circumstances. Displays positive attitude and ability to learn quickly, adapting to change. Strong ability to communicate with patients, family members, visitors and others.
Qualifications
