Location Description: Pyramid Hotel Group manages this Candlewood Suites Hotel owned by Michigan State University. The hotel features 128 suites, is attached to the MSU Executive Education Center, and offers access to various amenities including dining, health, and recreational facilities.

Overview: We seek highly motivated individuals for our Guest Services team as Guest Services Agents. The role involves creating memorable first impressions, assisting with luggage, providing hotel and local area knowledge, and ensuring a personalized guest experience. If you enjoy engaging with diverse guests and making meaningful connections, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in hospitality.

Your Role: Help guests discover their "Wanderlust" experience, provide exceptional customer service, welcome guests, assist with luggage and vehicle parking, escort guests to their rooms, and explain hotel amenities. Collaborate with team members to ensure a personalized experience and maintain a welcoming entrance area.

Compensation Range: $14.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
