Job summary

EWC Growth seeks a Guest Service Associate to create an exceptional guest experience while driving sales and supporting management with daily administrative tasks. You will start genuine conversations and educate guests on products and services, tailoring recommendations to each guest.

Responsibilities include upselling retail and waxing services, processing check-ins/check-outs, handling payments, and managing reservations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably retail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible days/hours and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of EWC Growth services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs, payments, refunds, and reservations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and follow location policies.
