Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create an exceptional guest experience while driving sales and supporting daily administrative tasks at our Ormond Beach location.

You will learn our services, upsell retail and waxing, explain Wax Pass benefits, manage check-ins/outs, payments, and reservations, and keep the lobby spotless. Flexible weekends/evenings and a professional appearance required. Benefits include commissions and product discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to perform external or internal events may be required.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Exude a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor.
• Ability to receive and provide feedback.
• Maintain a professional appearance as per handbook.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Arrive to work timely with dress code and name tag.
• Create a memorable guest experience using EWC terminology and scripts.
• Confirm guest services and offer add-on services.
• Administer check-ins/check-outs, payments, refunds, and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and app usage to reschedule.
• Organize reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually pleasant lobby and restrooms.
