Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional appearance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Administer check-ins/check-outs and process payments or refunds.
• Assist management with daily administrative tasks.
• Organize the reservation book and manage staff availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing lobby and restrooms.
• Inform guests about app benefits and how to reschedule.
