Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals and assisting management with daily administrative tasks.

The role requires initiating genuine conversations, educating guests on products and services, and maintaining a polished, professional appearance. You will handle check-ins, payments, and reservations, and support events as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible days including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of EWC services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Handle check-ins/outs, payments, refunds, and reservations.
• Create a memorable guest experience using EWC scripts and terminology.
• Inform guests about app benefits and how to reschedule.
