You will educate guests on products and services, upsell add-ons, and help manage reservations and payments with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or sales experience in retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experiences while achieving sales goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and organize reservations.
• Process payments, refunds and reservation requests.
• Inform guests about app pre-booking and rescheduling.
• Maintain a clean, safe lobby and restrooms environment.
