At EWC Growth LLC., we’re seeking energetic Guest Sales Associates for Chicago markets. You’ll greet guests, introduce skincare services, and guide them toward products and Wax Passes while delivering an unforgettable experience.

Requires 2+ years in customer service or sales, a friendly, confident demeanor, and a passion for beauty. Evening/weekend availability and a professional appearance are valued, with growth into leadership possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, ideally in retail, beauty, hospitality, or another guest-facing environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Outgoing, personable, and confident communication style.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, or helping people feel their best.
• Sales mindset - you love setting goals, celebrating wins, and earning incentives.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Coachable attitude and willingness to learn new products, services, and selling techniques.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional promotional events.
• Professional appearance and commitment to EWC Growth's service standards.
• Bonus points if you've worked in beauty retail, cosmetics, salons, spas, fitness, or another membership-driven business!

Responsibilities

• Make Every Guest Feel Like a VIP
• Create an inviting, energetic atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and confident.
• Build genuine connections through personalized conversations and exceptional service.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, appointments, payments, and reservations.
• Help guests discover the convenience of pre-booking and using the European Wax Center app.
• Sell Smooth. Build Confidence. Crush Goals.
• Become an expert on European Wax Center services, Wax Passes, and exclusive skincare products.
• Recommend services, add-ons, and retail products tailored to each guest's needs.
• Educate guests on the savings and benefits of Wax Passes.
• Drive sales through authentic conversations, product knowledge, and a passion for helping guests look and feel their best.
• Celebrate wins, embrace feedback, and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Keep the Center Running Beautifully
• Support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain an organized reservation book and coordinate appointments with Wax Specialists.
• Keep the lobby, retail displays, and guest areas sparkling clean and inviting.
• Partner with center leadership to support daily operations, promotional events, and team goals.
• Bring reliability, professionalism, and positive energy to every shift.
