Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or sales, ideally retail or beauty.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Outgoing, personable communication style.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and events.

Responsibilities

• Make every guest feel like a VIP with a warm, energetic welcome.
• Build genuine connections through personalized conversations and exceptional service.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, appointments, payments, and reservations.
• Encourage app usage and pre-booking for a smooth guest experience.
• Sell services, Wax Passes, and skincare products to meet goals.
• Support daily opening/closing procedures and maintain clean, organized centers.
