European Wax Center in Chicago is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals. You will educate guests on services, products, and Wax Pass benefits, and assist with daily administrative tasks in-store.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or sales, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. A polished appearance and positive demeanor are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage time effectively and stay organized.
• Able to work flexible days/hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Adhere to dress code and wear name tag.
• Create a memorable guest experience using EWC terminology and scripts.
• Confirm services and offer add-on services as appropriate.
• Process check-ins/check-outs, payments, refunds and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and app rescheduling.
• Organize reservation books and manage associate availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized lobby and restrooms.
