Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible to work weekends/evenings and events.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on Wax Pass benefits and services.
• Administer check-ins/outs, process payments, refunds, reservations.
• Open and close the center.
• Maintain clean, organized lobby and restrooms.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and app usage.
• Organize reservation book and align with availability.
