European Wax Center in Illinois is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. The role involves greeting guests, promoting services and products, and managing front desk operations in a fast-paced, in-person setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line
• Manage front desk operations, including check ins/outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance
