Job summary

Extended Stay America is looking for a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company guidelines and procedures, delivering the best possible guest experience.

You will maintain carts and laundry areas, stock supplies, report maintenance or guest property issues, and assist with other duties as assigned by management.

This role emphasizes commitment to safety and may involve various hotel environments; weekly pay and benefits are available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training is necessary.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work with a team.
• Willing to participate in Extended Stay University training.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms following company standards and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues directly to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in check-out rooms to front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodation when possible and practical.
• Complies with safety and security policies and procedures.
